There is a small lake on the property, just above Bailey Creek, that is filled with rainbow trout that are measured in pounds, not inches. The lake can be covered from shore and doesn't require wading or a float tube (although a float tube is allowed). The unobstructed view to the west offers superb sunsets as you ply the shoreline or drift across the lake in your tube.

Occasionally, bald eagles may be seen gliding above the lake. Wildlife abounds on Twin Creeks Ranch, which borders BLM land.
